These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Final Tally mobile application provided by Scattered Mind Apps, a brand of Scattered Mind Holdings LLC.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Final Tally is a mobile application designed to help users track scores, statistics, and gameplay information for board games and tabletop games.

The app allows users to create and manage game sessions, track player scores, and review gameplay history.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Final Tally for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
Distribute copies of the app outside official app stores
Attempt to access underlying source code or internal systems
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

3. User Content

The app allows users to create content such as:

Player names
Game sessions and scores
Photos attached to player profiles

This information is stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for any content you create or store while using the app.

The app also includes optional in-app features that let you send the developer game requests, issue reports, and feedback messages. By submitting this content, you grant Scattered Mind Holdings LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to read, store, and use the submitted content for the purposes of operating, supporting, and improving the app. You should not include personal or sensitive information in these submissions.

4. In-App Purchases

Final Tally may offer optional in-app purchases.

All purchases are processed through the platform provider (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store). Refunds, billing issues, and purchase disputes are governed by the policies of the platform provider.

5. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep Final Tally available and functional. However, we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scattered Mind Holdings LLC shall not be liable for:

Loss of gameplay data
Loss of statistics or saved sessions
Interruptions in app functionality
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information stored on their devices.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time without prior notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
